   Nice.
   Have you considered a version which crops out the flower and brickwork?

     Funny but it was the purple flowers that caught my eye from the road. I couldn’t really see the lovely pattern on the curtains or the stuff on the ledge until I got the image up on my computer. But I will look at the image again and perhaps post it both ways. Thanks for the suggestion Stephen.

       I have to say that I looked at your first picture in isolation, but when I went through a few others it seemed to me that your picture as is was perfectly apt for the series as such.

       I do try hard to choose only certain images that define or are consistent with the wabi sabi concept as I interpret it. I am drawn to images of unintentional elegance and often these images include some element of Mother Nature’s contribution – flowers, vines or weeds.
